Archivist Tamsin Reed takes a winter post at the automated Skerry Point lighthouse to catalogue its papers. The keeper's ledger has one entry per keeper, each dated the night of their death, each in their own hand. Tonight there is a new line, in her handwriting, dated three weeks from now.
